New feature: Added support for scrolling the track scores when the pointer is over them by using the mouse scroll wheel or touchpad pan gestures (gestures may only work on a Mac).

Bug fix: Fixed a bug I accidentally introduced in the last version where tracks' Base key and Volume adj values were not always updated and displayed correctly.

Bug fix: Fixed a bug where reducing the maximum tune time in Settings deleted any existing beat blocks from the tune.
