Whistler 1.3.0

New feature: I have replaced the third “melody track” with three “rhythm tracks” which are for use with percussion and special effect samples.

Bug fix: The minimum window size is now enforced.

Bug fix: When pasting beat blocks the last column of the destination is now correctly cleared first.

Bug fix: Drag selection no longer gets stuck on if you press Spacebar to play the tune while drag selecting.

Bug fix: Beat blocks are no longer created when the mouse pointer moves outside the bounds of the track score while Ctrl / Command + left mouse button are held down.

Bug fix: Fixed issue where if you clicked into the Base key or Volume adj text boxes and did not enter a different value you were not able to exit them.
